Light of Islam will be in the bazaar – stop by and visit!

The weekly Arabic class is going very well.  Attendance is good and students, including myself, are feeling very accomplished.

More news…this Saturday Dr. Moussa Khedimellah is joining the book discussion group.  He’s a visiting Fulbright scholar from France who’s working with Rice’s Boniuk Center.  I think he’ll bring a lot to their current discussion of “Who Speaks for Islam?”  The group, by the way, has selected their next book for discussion – Islam in America and Other Writings by Muhammad Alexander Russell Webb.

God willing, the new web site should be live soon.  I’m kicking butt with the Apple iMovie program; it’s going to have a lot of visual content including photos and movies of activities and people at the store.  I’ll be so happy when it’s done.
